It was an easy process and Kenny was great to work with. The buying process was easy and fairly quick. It was a good price for the vehicle from research with low milage. The only issue was they were not able to give me much information on how to use certain items with the car as they are not a Volvo dealership, and we are still waiting on the service department to reach out to us as the service light is on in the car once we got it home stating that it needs to be serviced. We believed that they had done the service prior to the sale of the car. Only a week old, holiday thrown in there, so still working through it. All in all it was a great experience.

I stopped in on a rainy Saturday to schedule an oil change, and my rear wiper was not working. Tim, the service manager asked if i could wait a couple of minutes, and he would take the car back to be looked at. 10 minutes later he brought it back and he had it fixed, at no charge. Exceptional service!!! I brought the car in for an oil change on Tuesday, and waited while they serviced and washed my car. Exactly how long they said it would take, and the car looked beautiful. Their service was exceptional, and Adrian, my service advisor, did a great job! Very pleased with the service and customer service!!!

I purchased my Range Rover Sport in 2022 from Auto Nation, when I bring my vehicle in for routine service, Timothy Burke, Service Manager, and his team are very knowledgeable and hands on, if there is an issue he will have the Shop Foreman explain in detail. There are other dealerships closer to my residence but I travel 20 miles further due to the GREAT customer service I receive from his team !!!

Melina was super helpful in arranging for the service needed while we were going out of town. Very accommodating. Pleased with the service all around. When picking up my vehicle, Tim could not have been nicer. Left with a smile on my face for sure!
