Meeting and discussing the issues concerning our vehicle with Tim(Service Manager) was excellent. Our vehicle has been serviced at this facility since it was purchased. The outstanding discussion and rectifying our issue with the vehicle was perfect and it was covered under warranty! Hunt Valley Land Rover - Pamela Clark
Had two experiences with Auto Nation last two weeks, Benz @ Fort Lauderdale and Land Rover Hunt Valley, Md. both could not have been so far apart. Land Rover hunt Valley and staff are CLASS A! Absolutely easy to work with, 100% transparent and up front from beginning to end. Pamela Clark is a consummate professional who went above and beyond locating the exact Defender I wanted. Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz used car sales manager, in short, is a snake oil salesman. Would never buy from him or that store.

My service was exceptional! Bill Keyes was able to provide a loaner vehicle for me, which was a huge help. In addition, Leon.Kedzierski went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my problem. Leon is truly a credit to this facility, and has always taken an act of interest, not only in fixing the problem, but always following up after the fact to make sure everything was taken care of and there were no other issues.
