Absolutely worst experience I have ever had! I came in for a basic oil change. First off they tried to add a tire rotation that I did not ask for and I am waiting for money to come in to buy new tires. So why would I rotate tires that were at 3/32 at my recent state inspection? No thanks! Then they tried to upsell some tire sale that were buy 3 get 1 free tires. I am sorry the prices were higher than a recent quote of buying 4 tires with free mounting and balancing which would have been an additional expense on top of the higher price for tires. No thanks! And to top it off, I was there 2 hours mind you for a basic oil change. Finally I go up to ask about my car because no one has come to talk to me at all! Eventually someone comes out and tries to tell me that I have seal leaks on right and left side. Now mind you I had recently had a state inspection that did not see this issue and I have had no signs in my driveway of any leaks. They wanted 1,600.00 to fix this alleged problem. No thanks!!!! Only reason I come here for my oil changes is I was offered 3 free oil changes per year when I bought my car as long as I have the car. I am questioning whether it is worth it to get those “free” oil changes. I am not sure I will ever come back. I never used to have any concerns but as time goes by, they keep sneaking things in on people. I overheard it happen to 2 other people while I was waiting for my car.

I love this dealership. Clean, people are super nice and respectful. And call when they think they have made a mistake.
