$65,000 CHECK — WELLS FARGO TOLD ME THE FUNDS WERE INITIALLY “UNCOLLECTIBLE.” I sold my Porsche to Porsche Hilton Head/AutoNation for $65,000 and was told the funds would be available immediately. They weren’t. I was given the check on August 26, deposited it on August 27, and the funds were not available until September 8... almost two weeks later. When I called Wells Fargo, I was told verbatim that the funds were “uncollectible.” The branch manager later told me there were concerns the funds would not be available, which resulted in an additional hold. Even the AutoNation representative told me the situation was “absurd.” What makes this even worse is that I specifically did NOT want to do business with Porsche Hilton Head again because of my previous horrible experience with them. An AutoNation representative reached out to me separately and initially presented himself as an individual interested in buying my Porsche. He later told me he worked for AutoNation, but it wasn't until the very end that I was presented with Porsche Hilton Head paperwork because AutoNation owns the dealership. At that point, I was exhausted by the entire process and just wanted it over with. So after specifically trying not to do business with Porsche Hilton Head, I unknowingly ended up doing business with them again... and somehow, this experience turned out to be even worse. I have a copy of the $65,000 check and documentation of the transaction. After these experiences, I would never do business with Porsche Hilton Head again.

I highly recommend the Porsche Hilton Head dealership! The entire team from service with Amy to the sales team with Devin Diggs was outstanding! They are knowledgeable, intelligent, professional and fun! The experience was quick, efficient and easy. Thank you!

Excellent communication from Amy and the pick up and drop off service was terrific. Only downside, the cost of a basic oil change/check the fluids and inspection service of nearly $3,000.00 is excessive.

My first Porsche purchase and my first experience with Porsche in Hilton Head. It was a very positive one. Abigail in service greeted me with a smile and a big “ How are you today Mr. A…..”? My service appointment took less time than I expected. The showroom is really very nice. Modern yet comfortable. There are plenty of different models available to see in air conditioned comfort. Everyone seems happy to be there. A big difference from Chevy dealership I use for my truck in Pooler Georgia. We look forward to our continuing relationship with Porsche of Hilton Head.
