Excellent communication from Amy and the pick up and drop off service was terrific. Only downside, the cost of a basic oil change/check the fluids and inspection service of nearly $3,000.00 is excessive.

My first Porsche purchase and my first experience with Porsche in Hilton Head. It was a very positive one. Abigail in service greeted me with a smile and a big “ How are you today Mr. A…..”? My service appointment took less time than I expected. The showroom is really very nice. Modern yet comfortable. There are plenty of different models available to see in air conditioned comfort. Everyone seems happy to be there. A big difference from Chevy dealership I use for my truck in Pooler Georgia. We look forward to our continuing relationship with Porsche of Hilton Head.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Porsche Hilton Head. I received a written offer of $68,000 for my Porsche and confirmed that Saturday would be a good day to bring the vehicle in. The dealership had already inspected the vehicle. I made the trip to Hilton Head based on that confirmed offer and appointment. When I arrived, I learned the representative was unexpectedly absent due to a death in his family. I do not fault him for not being there. The manager told me he had no record of the arrangement and asked whether I could stay another night so they could straighten everything out on Monday. I did, which meant changing my plans, incurring additional expenses, and missing work. When Monday came, instead of honoring the $68,000 offer, I was told they would only pay $65,000. I had relied on their written offer and confirmation and had passed on other opportunities to sell the vehicle. I understand unexpected circumstances can happen, but the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. I would not do business with this dealership again.
