paperwork was wrong from the start (incorrectly listing me as “Jr.”), and even after they “fixed” it, they managed to misspell my last name on the title. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was flat-out refused. Trying to get help was just as frustrating. I couldn’t speak to a manager because he was “too busy,” and the representative I did speak with was completely unhelpful—offered no solutions and then hung up. When the manager finally called back, I was told it was somehow my responsibility to fix their mistake. To make matters worse, I later discovered the car had issues that were never disclosed until after I left the lot. Now I’m stuck spending additional money to address problems they should have been upfront about—while they expect me to drive an hour just to correct a title error they caused. Do business with Greg if you must—but be prepared for a frustrating, careless, and thoroughly unprofessional experience from everyone else involved. �⁠If you want it even more aggressive (like “scorched earth” level), I can push it further.

We’re lucky we didn’t have a wreck from a car we purchased here. We were looking for a first car for our daughter when we found a reasonably-priced listing at Birmingham Auto Auction. I should have listened to my gut and left when the guy on the lot had to jump the car we were interested in b/c it “was cold” the previous night. It appears they’re letting the batteries drain to clear the codes long enough for a test drive. After we signed all the as-is paperwork and cranked the car to drive the hours-long drive back home, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We ended up having to have the entire ABS system replaced after we (luckily) got the car home and took it to the dealer. Please avoid.

Not much to say at this time I wasn’t approved or or it seems like nothing could be done in my situation

Stay away they sell lemons bought a SUV from them that now needs a motor. I had the car less than a year sent 10,000 in something in cash for a lemon .

The car that I purchased was behind in taxes and the dealership did not reimburse for tag registration. Also, tires were bald. I would not recommend

Do not shop at this dealership if you value customer service they will never call you back and if you don't have cash they look at you like you don't even matter. Do not show up at this place if you value customer service.

Ask for the availability and the Carfax. Two days later, they said it was available no Carfax.

No one has called me yet!!!! Guess my credit score is too low. Didn’t get a chance to even see!!!!

Inventory is good , scheduling is good, financial very workability, location is easier fine , pricing is below mark prices
