They forgot to put my new wiper blades on. I used my book you gave me when I bought the truck. Yes, when I called I did say I wanted the wiper blades changed.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight on your wiper blade. We hold our work to a higher standard and hate that we missed this. We want to make it right immediately. We just called and left you a voicemail, but we would be more than happy to come directly to your house or workplace to install the replacement blade so you don't have to make another trip to the shop. I got ahold of Jon Sheets it sounded like he was a good man. Since we were so far away he treated the truck like he was going to buy it for himself. Once we got there he was helpful and honest. He was a good old boy. If I had a car lot I would want him as a salesman! I would recommend Jon and D-Patrick in Lebanon!

Service department lie to me about the price of parts!!! And charged me labor for a recall on the vehicle!!! So I recommend taking it somewhere else and double checking any work you have had done there!!! Have a nice day

Hello Matt, We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your recent experience. We are required by federal law to complete all recalls when a vehicle is in our possession. Unfortunately, with this recall involving the front brakes we had to remove your wheels. In doing so, we found your lug nuts swollen and unusable, and needed to replace them to complete the repair. We made sure to inform you of the situation and the price for the repair, you authorized us to replace the lug nuts. The recall repair was covered by Ford warranty, and we only charged for the lug nut replacement.
