They forgot to put my new wiper blades on. I used my book you gave me when I bought the truck. Yes, when I called I did say I wanted the wiper blades changed.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight on your wiper blade. We hold our work to a higher standard and hate that we missed this. We want to make it right immediately. We just called and left you a voicemail, but we would be more than happy to come directly to your house or workplace to install the replacement blade so you don't have to make another trip to the shop. Please give us a call back so we can coordinate a time that works best for you.
