I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Expedition XLT 4WD with the factory towing package from Apple Leasing and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The vehicle was in outstanding condition, competitively priced, and I received a fair value for my trade. The entire process was straightforward and stress free. Janie was my sales consultant, Randy was the sales manager, and Amber handled the paperwork. All three were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. I also enjoyed getting to know Randy and learning that he’s a retired Army Ranger. I have a great deal of respect for his service to our country. I think the dealership is good and worth recommending. I was disappointed that I was told a car was sold when it was actually available (so had to make another trip), there was an attachment to the car I had to make another trip extra trip to retrieve after buying the car, and there was little to no instruction on what the follow up was for the government documentation. Also weren’t that flexible on pricing, and their extended service contract was not competitively priced and they weren’t able to describe it in much detail. But at the end of the day, the car was great and well described.
