I recently found the car I wanted at Chula Vista Ford

I recently found the car I wanted at Chula Vista Ford (Ford Bronco Heritage Limited Edition) I am not local which complicated matters. I needed to take a train and bus (both delayed by hours) to get to the dealership in order to make deal work. Rockie, the sales person offered to pick my wife and I up from the train station which was about 20 miles away. Once we reached the dealership there were a few kinks in the deal that needed to be sorted out. Through cooperation and compromise we worked everything out. I found out during discussion that in fact, they had a backup offer from someone else at a higher price. They never threatened to pull out of the deal and only assured me that if I did’t want the vehicle, they had another buyer. I greatly appreciated that they honored the agreement and kept it for me, particularly in light of the effort I made to get down there. I know dealerships that would have pulled the rug from under me to earn some extra money. The finance guy was excellent. The entire experience (other than the train ride which had nothing to do with the dealership) was smooth and painless. I highly recommend the dealership and I look forward to driving the Bronco for years to come.

An efficient, organized and friendly business. My reason for visiting was easily accommodated. I wish I had also explained to the Service Advisor that this related to Registration Renewal. My car was pick up at 9 am at my work said be done couple

My car was pick up at 9 am at my work said be done couple hrs. It got done at 245 pm. Then when they went to return they delivered to my resendents. Which I was home . I was still at work 5 min from ford

Have had an absolute nightmare situation with everyone

Have had an absolute nightmare situation with everyone involved at this dealer. Was supposed to have a home charger ordered when I purchased the car as part of a rebate. Was told A MONTH later that the order was never placed after being given the run around by multiple different people at the dealer who have no idea what to do to help me because no one has “done it before”. They made me go to the dealer because they had it “in stock” then told actually we don't. Finally they loop the Director of Ops “Taylor” who informs me the charger had never been ordered and half xxx apologized and says to call Tuesday if I haven’t heard from him. Call Tuesday and he tells me he will check on it and call me back….. Never calls me back. Call again today and get told he will call me back, have absolutely zero faith that he will. Every time I speak with him on the phone he has absolutely zero empathy towards my situation and is always rushing me off the phone and cutting me off. This dealership is absolutely terrible and recommended people buy their vehicles from another dealer.

Beware of hidden fees.

Beware of hidden fees. None of their listed prices are true. Example: $1500 for a car alarm. Me: “Keep your alarm” Them: “We can’t “ Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here

ALSO Avoid at all costs!

ALSO Avoid at all costs!! NO STARS. We paid EXTRA for an alarm we have yet to obtain. The alarm company said they had no record of our "appointment" yet we took time off of work for the "scheduled appointment" Chula Vista Ford said we had. I've called almost daily, have been left on hold and only allowed to leave a voicemail. Funny how they can't stop calling when they want your money, I mean your business and yet when they have to follow through with what a contract says, they DRAGGGG there feet! STILL WAITING ON A CALL, ON AN ALARM, OR MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK!
