Great experience!

Best Team at Fuller Ford in CV

We had a great experience here buying my sons car. The service was wonderful and the people were great. They made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions thoroughly. They helped up pick the right car car for the best price, extremely happy with their services and friendliness. It was an awesome experience so happy we ended up here.

Newschool wins in this business

Second car we have purchased from Ed. He has taken me seriously when I said I don;t want to spend any more time than necessary and the negotiation process is not what I want. I asked if the numbers I was willing to pay were doable and if not propose options. Otherwise I had no pressure to buy or lease (last vehicle was a lease). Ed through some options together and made a fair offer. From there it went very quick. Basically in and out in about an hour and a half excluding the hour we initially spent on site for a test drive and initial early discussion on incentives and options. Ed gets to the point and makes the process as quick and painless as possible.

This dealership is outstanding in quality of service and treatment to customers (I have bought 3 mustangs allready in the 7 years that I have beeing bussines with them ) the personnel will do anything nessesary to help you get a new car and once that you owe a veichle will keep it up to speed with the service needed (no less) and the right price

KUDOS to our sales person, Cesar Moreno

Had a great experience at Fuller Ford on Saturday 10/4/14. Our sales person, Cesar Moreno was SO helpful - and SO patient! It was a VERY hot day on Saturday, and he was willing let us to drive EVERY car in the lot if need be to be ABSOLUTELY sure we were getting the car we wanted. He made purchasing a lot easier than my husband and I thought it would be, based on previous car buying experiences. You can thank Cesar for the purchase of our new 2014 Ford Edge! Joy Holland

Finance Department not reputable

The individuals we dealt with over a two year lease agreement were xxxxxxxx at the beginning of our 2 year lease; and the General Sales Manager at the end of the 2 year lease is a Total xxxxxxx. Do not trust this Dealership. Do not do business with this unscrupulous dealership.
