They had the car for over a month. I only had the car, a Jaguar IPace for two weeks before there was many issues. The air would stop blowing when you took your foot of the accelerator, the car would go fast and slow on its own at different times, the charger broke. Jaguar Hawaii did not know how to fix the car. Finally flew in a mechanic from the mainland. Four weeks later. Alan Young and Eric West don’t care about returning calls or the customer

2014 Ranger Rover SC, O2 sensor issue, 1st time took took over weeks just to get fixed, they did give me a loner car. 2nd time 1 week after same issue, just giving me a different story how there are two O2's and now a wiring issue, talk talk talk etc, just so I can spend more money for the same thing. AND no loner car anymore because they decided in one week not to give out loaner's for expired warranty (frustrating). They did not mention this over the phone when I made the appt. Now I am stuck without transportation and with at least a weeks worth of diagnostics from what the service agent told me. I do not recommend buying a car from Velocity because of the service hassle. It's unfortunate because I really like the RR and would like to buy another, oh well.

Picked up my baby yesterday at Velocity Service and wow! Felt like I was Royalty! Such exemplary service from Conrad my service advisor and even his Service Manager Carie checked in with me personally and when it was time to transfer items from the loaner back to my LR2 HSE the Lot Attendant Lanson was a huge help and also figured out how to extend the belt for my baby seat!!! Really!?!? Who give ol'fashion face-to-face out with you at your SUV actually helping!?!? Velocity isn't just a place I can trust for my exotic vehicle needs, but just a place to relax and call home while they're servicing my LR2!

Great experience overall, easy to communicate with and setup a rental. We rented a Lotus Elise and loved it and how easy and simple it was to rent. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in renting an exotic car or buying one.

Shopping for a replacement for my wife's 6-year old Audi led to a recommendation from our trusted Audi service folks at Audi Hawaii to visit their sister showroom at JN in town. Wife went one afternoon and was pleased and we both visited the following weekend. End result is a new 2012 Audi TT quattro just delivered last night after a 5-month order wait. Communications through the waiting period and the delivery experience was superb, probably the best we've encountered either in Hawaii or Mainland experiences. Questions answered, cell phone sync'd to the blue tooth, walk through on the delivery and all with a sense of humor.

Jason Reiger has been always courteous and, listens to my car problem, consults with the technician continuously. The repair work is explained to me in detail, step by step, so I understand what has been done to solve the problem. The costs are,also, explained and my extended warranty carrier is prodded by Jason,and given detailed information in order to give me the most benefit. Jason Reiger is one reason my wife and I are considering the purchase of a Ferrari from the dealership.
