I love the service that I received while I was there.

I love the service that I received while I was there. The young man who helped me Brandon was so professional. He’s the kind of person that make you wanna come back I won’t forget his name. I just hope everyone else is as pleasant and easy to work with as he was. This is my first time in your service department and I hope my next visit will be equally as pleasant or better!

I would like to let everyone know about my experience

I would like to let everyone know about my experience with Glassman auto group. I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from them on June 4th of 2025. I tested the air conditioning during the test drive and it appeared to work. After getting home, we discovered that the air did in fact not work. We also found out that there is oil seepage from the engine and the cabin air filter was clogged and dirty. I called the used car Manager within 5 days of buying the car and less than 100 miles since purchase and was told, sorry you bought it. He pointed out to me that I was offered a warranty (Powertrain) which would not have covered the a/c not working. Do NOT buy from Glassman, they do not properly check their cars before putting them up for sale.

Roy at Glassman was the best person I have worked with at

Roy at Glassman was the best person I have worked with at a dealership, from the time I pulled my car in to the very next day when he said that they had the part needed in stock, and that he could have it fixed in less than a day. He worked with me every step of the way and even let me decide if I wanted the repair done after knowing the cost. The payment plan option through Sunbit was also easy to navigate.
