This year, I have bought two 2025 Kia Seltos from Glassman Automotive Group. This is the best dealership that I have ever encountered in my life. My salesman, Joshua Smith was the best. No pressure and he was willing to work with me on the price of my new cars and my trade-in. The Finance Department was excellent as well. The sales manager, Michael Arcori gave me a really good deal. When I arrived, Steve in Service explained the needed procedures to me clearly, including why they were needed. In addition, he was polite and pleasant. After the service had been performed, Steve described the work that had been done. I like knowing what work was done and why it was done.

Staff explained everything required for maintenance servicing clearly. Work was completed in just over an hour.

Daniel, the salesperson I worked with in person, was personable, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He walked me through all the features and made sure each step of the process was easy to understand. The whole team was professional and respectful throughout, and Daniel even delivered my vehicle personally and went over the car’s features in detail. I reached out to a few Subaru dealers during my search, and Glassman Subaru stood out for being straightforward, respectful, and easy to work with.
