Tom our salesperson was very Knowlegable of all the features of my new forester, he welcomed me to call, or visit with any further questions. Tom did not waiste my time, like I felt from other sales reps, seemed genuine,and made us feel like we got a great deal. Mohammed was very quick to get back to us on offers and nice. Finance manager went over evrything that I could add and buttoned up paperwork in a timeley fasion. the whole experience took 2 and 1/2 hours exceptional. Have used Glassman as myt service provider always able to fit me in, and evryone in service dept seems to recognise me and treat me like a friend.

The experience was good for the first scheduled appointment since getting the car. I appreciate Corey being able to assist with the tire issue I was having. The service took several hours which was not ideal as I would have set up the service where the car was picked up for the appointment. I appreciate the professionalism of Corey and being able to set up a future appointment before leaving to the service center.

Absolutely amazing service! Usually go to a different Subaru dealership but was on this side of town so I tried Glassman and won’t be going back to the other dealership.
