For me, it was a positive experience. As a first-timer at this dealership, I felt at home. Everyone, especially my pal Alex, was kind and friendly. He described the car's requirements in detail. I will absolutely go back there for my next servicing.

I recently bought an Audi A8 from here and honestly had a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Alex was especially amazing—he was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. You can tell he strongly values his customers. Great cars, wonderful people, and excellent service. I am very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them.

Bad business, terrible customer service, they don't care if you buy their car or not and blocked us when we asked to do an inspection!! unprofessional

I stopped by Car Lot Express to look at one of the cars on a list of dealerships I wanted to buy. I didn't need to search anyplace else because Alex from sales was very professional and supportive, and I bought the car. The choice was excellent. The cars I wanted to drive were cleaned and brought up front for a quick inspection and test drive. The people were kind and not overly demanding for a car business. Anyone seeking a secondhand automobile within 1 or 2 hours of their area should definitely check them out. I will undoubtedly recommend this location to my friends and relatives.

The customer service was good. Nice selection of vehicles. But they cut corners on making the vehicle sound for the consumer purchase. I bought a VW Touareg and noticed a wet carpet. I was assured that it must have been from someone mistakenly leaving the roof open. I was assured that there were no leaks. The car smelled musty every time it rained. I was hoping it just needed to dry out some more and be cleaned so I bought products to treat the carpet for mold and mildew. Then I went to the car wash. A touchless car wash. When I was done I could see the water had come through the roof which was closed tight. I sent a text to Alex and let him know. He did not respond. I called him a few days later. He dodged the call. When I finally got him on the phone he refused to fix the leaky gasket. He tried to claim that the sale was as-is, which is illegal for a car dealer in Massachusetts. He then tried to say that I knew the gasket was leaking. Absurd! Instead of making things right and providing the customer with a sound purchase they choose to avoid responsibility. For this reason I would not recommend this dealership.

I love my car, had a terrific experience here, and the staff was very informative. Excellent workers and costs (special thanks to Alex, who performed a fantastic job). Definitely would purchase another vehicle from Car Lot Express!

The car lot express are no good. They sold us a car with the motor going bad and oil leaking into the radiator. We just took it off the lot yesterday Feb. 16 2026 and our mechanic gives us bad news. Go back to lot the guy says can't do anything about it lemon law doesn't apply and you can take me to court. My son's first car that he bought by himself. Bad business
