Super customer service.

Super customer service. Updates provided regularly and problem detected and resolved. Dale was very knowledgeable and very courteous. It was actually a very pleasant experience.

They greeted me at the door.

They greeted me at the door. place was very clean. everyone was nice. Ryan even stopped in on his day off. Matt is the man. Michael helped me and explained everything very well. Danielle was super sweet

I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla from this

I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla from this dealership. My experience with Mike, the salesman, was excellent—he was professional, straightforward, and made the entire sales process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated his honesty and the way he handled the transaction. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was not as positive. After reviewing my paperwork at home, I discovered that several add-on products (GAP coverage, road hazard protection, and an extended service contract) totaling over $4,000 had been added without my clear knowledge or consent. I am currently in the process of having these cancelled. I have all of these coverages through my insurance. Overall, the sales side of my experience was great thanks to Mike, but I would caution future customers to carefully review their finance documents before signing to ensure no unwanted products are included.

The buying process was made very simple by sales person

The buying process was made very simple by sales person Tom Powers and financial person Matt. I told Tom what I was looking for, he pulled up a few to view on his computer, I picked two to drive and bought one of those two. They gave me a good deal. I was treated with respect. Facility was clean and well organized.

I arrived early and was taken right in.

I arrived early and was taken right in. The Service center employee was very friendly and kept me updated on the progress. The wait time was about 1 hour, 15 minutes.
