This is the worst car dealership hands down from Winchester, Virginia to Atlanta, Georgia. My (pregnant) daughter-in-law and son purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Suburban. They needed a vehicle roomy enough for their 4 children and new baby. They paid $5,400 down on what they thought was their forever vehicle. AFTER it took 2 weeks to get this vehicle to the peachtree location from Alabama supposedly, they were called and told the vehicle was there and they could come pick it up. (Almost a 2 hour ride from where we live- one way) they made the trip, picked up the vehicle as soon as they left the lot, the engine light came on. They took it and had a diagnostic test on it and was told it needed a solenoid. While on the way to the mechanic they (son, daughter-in-law and 4 small children ) where left stranded along the road in Augusta. Long story short, the mechanic has informed them the transmission and computer components are completely gone and have been rigged up to last long enough for them to get out of the dealership with it. Hence, that’s what took 2 weeks not that it took 2 weeks to transport from Alabama as they said (even told them a couple times they were unable to find the transport truck as if it had gotten lost somewhere) needless to say, the mechanic is saying the transmission and all related computer components have to be replaced, with a cost between $8,000 and $9,000. This is completely unacceptable. They have already been in contact with a lawyer, the Attorney General’s office, the better business bureau as well as they have reached out to all local news stations to get an investigation and the corruptness brought front and center. I’m sure they are not the only ones that have been scammed and soon it will be known to everyone.

I would not purchase here. Bought a car on Memorial Day weekend. Got home Saturday and then car would not come out of drive way. Called Daniel my salesman on Tuesday when the opened. He advised he’s just a sales man he can’t helped me but purchases as is. The. jason the Manager says the same I asked to speak with the owner / owners and jason advised they don’t talk with customers He the. Advised hey we’ll look at it and said you need to bring it I advised it’s not drivable he then said then tow it. I asked him to help me understand why I should be the one towing it and he said because it costs money to town. I said exactly That was in that Tuesday he said he’d call me back and never did and then was out the rest of the week. I called back when I didn’t hear from him and I was told he was not there and for transferees to Miss Jenny in accounting who was probably the only one that tried to help. On 6/3 called back and still being told Jason was out. Finally o. 6/4 I drove from gainesville to Duluth at 3 pm to get to speake with someone after getting hung up on getting told I’m busy and hung up by Tyler / Daniel I’m sales other when I called not getting an answer and when I called from another phone they answer. Finally making it in jason says hey you bought this as is we are not fixing you car. Out of frustration I walked into dealership abs told anyone there not to buy and why. I would stay away from this place and I will be sharing with everyone. They post on FB market place I would stay away
