I also have to address to whom is reading this, this comes from a customer that called about a fully loaded upgraded and modified 2020 DODGE RAM that was a regular big horn and modified to the highest level REBEL trim, let alone the extras added like a 6 inch lift, brand new off road wheels and tires, side runners, modified big tesla rebel screen inside and a bed liner by Rhino. it is 100% obvious you are mad you didn't purchase it that is why you left us this type of review, because no one in there right mind leave a 1 star review for a dealership without even coming by to see the vehicle nor test drove or even purchased the vehicle, you simply called for 2 min asked us to lower price by 10k while we are already at 30% below market/ retail value. please note this dealership have been selling rebuilt salvage for 8 years with no returns and no complains on price, in fact we price them so well that finance companies approve them. this is how we price our rebuilt salvage inventory, they are sold at 30% less than retail due to two things, your California insurance and finance lenders will approve it. why well because insurance pays the total loss of a vehicle at retail price but in the event they have a prior salvage title they reduce your check by 25% less on the total loss check provided which will not effect our buyers due to the fact they purchase at 30% less than value at our dealership. of course we hope non of our clients to ever get into an accident but we like to inform this to all california buyers. the other reason for our 30% less than retail is due to financing, when buyer like to finance a salvage the lenders will approve it if it is sold at 30% less than value, many lenders that approve salvage are ok with the prices if sold at 30%. so we do not know why you are frustrated sir.
