It’s been two weeks since I bought my Ram 2500 diesel and have never received the title for this truck. $6300 after I bought the truck for a new turbocharger as the truck threw 4 codes on the way home here I am. Give me the title and maybe I delete this negative review.

I was really pleased with Joe and found him to be very supportive since we were working with a classic car and "number matching parts". We had worked through some logistical issues as I am long distance. Between the time I stated I wanted the car and had an inspection date ready to go, more people became interested in the car. He assured me that I still had my position as first after another buyer blew through the time window he was given. Instead of confirming the date, Joe told me that we couldn't go any further and we needed to get the deal done as there were others interested. He had not responded to an email the day before summarizing what we agreed to which included scheduling the inspection. Basically, as I pointed out, any long distant buyer can't compete with a buyer who can walk in and look over a car before giving a deposit. I was shocked after all the promises of ethical dealings that this became a pressure campaign before I could get the car inspected. That is a $600 commitment on my part. I would say that represents and serious buyer. Very, very disappointed. I am reluctant to try to buy a car long distance again. Caveat emptor.......

Joe was very helpful, and obviously wanted me to be well informed about the used SUV I was inquiring about. He shared both the many good features and the few negatives about the vehicle. He answered every question I had to my satisfaction and I was so impressed by his honest approach, I chose to purchase the vehicle. This was not an easy decision, as they were about 1,000 miles away from my location. I bought a one-way plane ticket and booked a rental car to get me to the dealership, and when I arrived everything was exactly as he had described, he even had it detailed for my arrival! All the necessary paperwork and temporary tags were prepared and ready for me to purchase the vehicle and be completely legal driving it literally across the country back home!

The Salespeople were great to work with i got a awesome truck. very friendly. I highly recommend checking them out. I would buy here again.
