Disclaimer: I am not typically a vengeful or spiteful person, but Nova Autbrokers couldn't have been a worse experience. I flew to Nova Autobrokers from KS after placing a deposit on a car. I only placed a deposit down after the salesmen told me that they had a lot of attention regarding that specific car and I would need to put down a deposit to have any chance at buying it. So when I arrived at the dealership a few days later I was appalled at the "mint" condition of the car. I had been repeatedly told by the salesmen that the car was in "mint" condition. There were dozens of paint blemishes that did not show up in the pictures and were not described to me. Also, the clutch didn’t engage smoothly (also not mentioned).They wouldn't budge on the price nor refund my deposit even though I calmly explained to them that I felt as though they had lied to me. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to no avail. The BBB tried contacting them 3 times and they never responded. This is the shadiest "dealership" ever. Learn from my expensive lesson and DO NOT BUY from here.
