Best experience I’ve had buying a car. Our salesman Tony Greer was very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. Can’t say enough about how satisfied we were with everything. I feel like we’ve made new friends between our salesman Tony Greer and Jerry Mouser in the finance department I will definitely be a return customer. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!!!!

Beware! Unfortunately I fell in love with a 2019 Volvo on their lot but didn't research the dealership. Three days after I got the car the transmission light came on and their service department said "I will not touch this car because we are a GM dealership." Two days later the brake fail, tire system fail, emergency brake fail lights came on. A couple days after that the AC that they "recharged" quit working and I had to dump $300 to fix their problem and have AC. Going to the Volvo dealership next week. Great first few days with my new car, huh?

Julie, Sorry to hear you are having some issues with your Volvo. We did look into the issue and talked to the service advisor that was helping you. We understand it can be frustrating when a vehicle you just purchased is having issues. We put every vehicle through a safety inspection and try and make sure they are good before they even go out on our dealership lot. When you had problems with the transmission and wanted us to flush it we looked into it and that does require special tools and programs to make sure it is done correctly, which unfortunately we did not have. We did offer to take it to a Volvo dealership for you but you declined and told us that Dobbs had the tools to do it, so we contacted them and paid for them to do the service to try and help you out. We are happy to perform as much maintenance as our shop has the ability to do and if it is something that requires special attention from the manufacturer that we are unable to do, then we try and take care of it for the customer and accommodate them the best we can. First of all, you did NOT pay for Dobbs to work on the car. They refused to take payment over the phone from you so I brought you the paid receipt and am still waiting for the reimbursement you promised on 5/13. You also offered to call the Volvo dealer (not take it there) but I can and did do that myself. Second, if you check things out as well as you are able, how did you not know that the AC valves were, in fact, broken so your recharge was worthless? I can tell you how--your own service people told me "we didn't do a pressurized test, we just recharged it." Boom, another $300.00. My biggest problem with you is that these problems became evident 2 DAYS after I took the car home and no one there is willing to do anything more than say maybe the Volvo dealer can help you. When a dealer issues even a limited warranty with no mention of the fact that NONE of the necessary work can be done in their on-site shop that becomes very shady very quickly. Not to mention that you tried to pass off bad brakes as cold tires--funny how those cold tires (in May!) only showed up when I stepped on the brakes. To your credit, you did replace those--hopefully correctly. I was also told by Gayla that your Sales Manager "often drives this car" to and from work. I find it almost impossible to believe that NONE of these issues were evident in the course of your frequent drives. After all, almost 1,000 miles were put on the car between what I assume was your purchase of it at Auction in January and my purchase from you earlier this month. Instead, it appears you were just waiting to pawn it off on a customer. I am trying to help others not make the same mistake that I did in choosing a dealership. You may have someone from your establishment call me if you would like.
