Easy to work with. Fair pricing. Very efficient process overall. Jackson was very helpful and more knowledgeable than I'm used to on what was a very esoteric vehicle (BMW iX). They also arranged financing with a better rate than I expected.

Although I had a great experience with my salesman Marshall, I am very annoyed and frustrated that they have not provided the documentation that I have requested and left numerous voicemails and will be making a complaint with the BBB and likely will result in never going to them ever again nor will I recommend them to my family and friends
