My car had noise and I dropped it in the shop.

My car had noise and I dropped it in the shop. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Then noticed another safety concerning issue and fixed it. They offered complimentary video check and whole body wash. I also got loan car to drive. The overall experience was great.

I came in to do a recall.

I came in to do a recall. Left. New check engine light popped up. Returned it to be fixed. Brought my car back with the problem fixed and a new problem raised which would have costed me extra $$. I refused the service bc it was clear that the new problem was caused by them. Service Manager, Joe Sachetti, called me 7am the next morning to apologize for my experience and accepted full responsibility. They provided me with a loaner at no cost. Fixed the problem at no cost to me. Righted a huge wrong and accepted full responsibility. I get it, employees don’t get paid enough to think big picture. Joe was a true professional and did the right thing. He turned a 0 stars into 5 stars. As long as Joe is working there, i will make sure i will come back for service.
