Ira Acura Westwood

I recently had my Acura RDX serviced by Ira Acura. The dealership and the personnel were very friendly, professional, and customer service focused. My customer service representative George Flattery wanted to be sure that I was satisfied with not only the service I received, but with the service performed on my vehicle. He was attentive to detail and listened closely to my comments and concerns regarding the performance of my vehicle. They also loaned me a vehicle to use while they serviced my vehicle. I have been very satisfied with this dealership and their commitment to excellence.

Welcoming, informing, professional dealership. First visit for service, Matt welcomed us, took the particulars for our 2024 Acura RDX Aspec. He provided a timeline, work to be completed and means to communicate with us while we waited. The facility was clean and comfortable and provided refreshments. We were surprised to receive a text indicating the inspection summary results along with a video of the actual inspection of our vehicle! Will definitely have all of our services performed here! This dealership is extremely helpful and courteous. Trevor went above and beyond getting my new RDX ready for me to take home. This is a 5 star dealership. I will be returning when I am ready for my next car.

Had a very good overall experience with the various team members. Of all the dealers we connected with, which were several, Ira Acura of Westwood was the most transparent. Only part that we would rate a little lower is the final finance process wait took alot longer than we were prepared for, and would like to wait. Would be nice to have more than 2 finance mangers, especially on the busy weekend days. This is why we rated the overall as 4 stars. Other than that, everything else was great!
