We just drove from Birmingham after talking to Lori Esser about a couple cars we saw on the website. She was very helpful and attentive to our questions! We ended up driving away in M240i convertible that was the perfect upgrade for us! A couple months before we visited BMW Birmingham where we had previously bought 5 BMW’s. They use to be Tom Williams BMW and ever since they were bought out by sonic automotive the service has never been the same!! It was worth the 4 hour drive to Pensacola to get the BMW service we were use to!

Garrett was very thorough about what issues were found by the mechanics. He communicated with me often to make sure I understood the situation and costs. The shop even washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. I’ll bring my vehicle back here for future repairs. Very satisfied with the job.
