Everything I was missing, I received.

Everything I was missing, I received. I took awhile to get the title. But I have it now. The cap for the transmission fluid was missing. I have it now.

The Kia dealer wasn’t able to get me in for a slow leak

The Kia dealer wasn’t able to get me in for a slow leak tire repair however she called the Dodge service and they were able to get it in found the problem And repaired it with no problem. Service was excellent

The issue with my Jeep was not resolved.

The issue with my Jeep was not resolved. Two weeks later my Jeep would not start (again). Upon calling Spitzer back I was told I needed to go to Shelby because all technicians had quit.
