We bought our car from Sid Dillion in Crete and they have given us excellent service! Everyone is so nice and helpful when you have a question about your car. When they do the oil changes plus check out the car, they send you a video of everything that was done to your car. We highly recommend Sid Dillion in Crete!!

They always consider any questions or concerns with seriousness and empathy, taking the extra step to follow up to elevate the situation. They followed up on the concern I had with my new shocks verifying any manufacturing changes that may have affected the functioning of the parts.

Tracy and Shay- shop managers were excellent in communication and noting my requests. Sid Dillion’s mechanical engineer completed what needed to be done. They rotated the tires as well as replaced my air pressure transistors that had stopped operating earlier about 8 months ago. i appreciate the free car wash. Time management was great too. I appreciate when coupons are credited too.

We have gone to Sid Dillon for years, most interactions with Bryan have been met with rude and unprofessional behavior. It’s almost to a point where I’d rather drive to Lincoln to get service done than deal with a possible interaction with him. His behavior becomes friendlier when he realizes you’re upset and the fact it’s happened multiple times and his behavior has been reported to management and his behavior continues is concerning
