Equinox

I had a great experience at this dealer. I liked that the salesman wasn't pushy. I told Him what I was looking for and that is exactly what he showed me. No more..no less. After I purchased my car there I have talked to other people that highly recommend the service department which makes me feel all the better.

Excellent they had the part I needed in stock fixed my car and was back on the road in a little over an hour.

This was the absolute best car buying experience i have ever had. Anthony spent a great deal of time teaching me about my new car and making sure i knew how to use the many extras the car has! I have already recommended Thayer Chevrolet and Anthony Kirk to everyone i have talked too! I will never go to another dealership again. The financing paperwork was all ready for me when i went to pick up the car and done very quickly, which i really appreciated.

Thayer Chevy Service

Some people would rather have root canal surgery than take their car in for service of any kind. Thayer service center make a trip to the service dept. a pleasant experience. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the waiting room is a comfortable place to wait for the service to be completed. I have been a licensed driver for 56 years and Thayer service center is the cleanest service center I have ever seen. L Klein

2008 Equinox repairs

Everything on my repair list was corrected. I appreciated the car I was given to drive for a day while the repairs were made. I own the car and was the one bringing it in for repairs but they put all the paperwork in my husband's name who already had an account there. I don't understand why they couldn't use my name. This survey came addressed to him, yet I am the one completing it.

Fantastic Service and Friendly Staff

My experience at Thayer in BG was great! Their staff are friendly and made the buying process quick and easy! I never felt pressured at all. I will definitely continue to use them for all my car needs!
