Took my son's '18 Kia Forte for the theft-prevention

Took my son's '18 Kia Forte for the theft-prevention recall at no cost. Our demographics are different where we live but as he starts to drive around the area more, we don't need to be concerned about using the Club or having his show up on the nightly news as a stolen battering ram. He may still have a broken window to the uninformed but it beats having it stolen!

There was a mistake made on the interior of the car I was

There was a mistake made on the interior of the car I was buying, and noticed the error when I saw the interior, when about to pick it up in the afternoon. I was expecting to get the correct car in at least a few days but they went and got a car with the correct interior, by the end of the same day and even got the protective coating on then. Also, when I was trying to decide which color of car to order, I asked if they had color samples, instead of going by the computer screen color choices. Freddie, drove me around their large lot on an upper deck to see the colors on the new cars, sure enough the colors looked different than the desktop computer screen examples and was able to choose a favorite color, which was not the original choice, in the office.

The Service provided was over the top on all fronts.

The Service provided was over the top on all fronts. From the service counter to the garage the attention to detail was the best I have received. It is worth the drive to have Lee Johnson KIA as your service department.

Quick lube is fantastic.

Quick lube is fantastic. I can get my Mazda serviced without an appointment in usually an hour or less. They’re friendly and do good work. The on site cafe and lounge are nice too.

Johnny Rodriquez in the services department was excellent

Johnny Rodriquez in the services department was excellent as usual. He made an extra effort by helping me to solve a problem I was having with streaming music in my car.
