Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Port Charlotte

This was my 2nd new Honda Odyssey purchased from this dealership and it was a very good experience again. Christopher Cwik was excellent again in having everthing taken care of for us, he had the van waiting ready out front when we got there and in a very short time we were driving the new Odyssey home even with a full detail done! The customer service here by everyone is not matched by any other dealership in this area in my opinion from the sales group to the service group. I will keep coming back and would recommend Christopher Cwik to anyone buying a new auto at Port Charlotte Honda.

This is my 2nd time going to the Port Charlotte Honda dealer--I bought my very 1st Honda Civic in Florida then. I had been to another Honda dealer to get my 2nd Honda CRV else where. I returned back to Port Charlotte Honda as I had a good comparison with my experiences. I was very pleased to have been greeted by Valerie Charles outside as we got out of my 1997 Honda(It was hard to part with, I must admit) whom I informed that I was just getting ideas as I wasn't ready to part with my car as yet. I remember my 1st experience with Honda of Port Charlotte and I really felt good about that entire experience of buying my 1st Honda...so I wanted to return to having a similar experience. My daughter and I were NOT disappointed. Valerie was easy to talk to with a no pressure attitude...she asked questions and suggested leasing a car which I hadn't considered as I was used to owning. She provided some of the reasons for leasing and they seemed to fit my needs. She seemed to work easily with her boss, Russell and Jose Figueroa, down to the receptionist at the desk which gave the place a team feel...this made it much more a pleasant place to be. I felt that Valerie was there to represent my interests. I really appreciate her, and her boss(who was helpful in making the best deal for both parties.) Jose , in Financing ,was very patient with all my questions and provided me with a better understanding of the leasing process. He went the extra mile to check on something that might've been missed by someone less focused on customer satisfaction My longtime mechanic encouraged me to see the Port Charlotte Honda to check out options in case I did want to sell when I mentioned that I got a flyer for memorial Day deals from the Honda in Port Charlotte. He had heard good things from another one of his customers about this place. With all this, I decided to check it out and the rest is history. I'm still missing my car that served me so well for over 13 years. I leased the same make and model but a different color with all the updated features that makes life so sweet. HOnda of Port Charlotte is MY PLACE to go !! My 1st experience with a woman salesperon proved to be a HUGE success to boot!!

Just left Port Charlotte Honda with my new 2013 Honda CRV. My experience with the dealership from the moment I contacted them online was GREAT!!!! My salesman Gary Beatty was friendly, he was knowledgeable, listened to me and my needs. I was very particular about what I wanted and Gary delivered just as he promised!!! A GREAT guy to work with while puchasing my new HONDA!!!! I must also credit Paul Hayes the Sales Manager and Lorenzo Torres the Business Manager. Valerie Charles was so helpful with the buying process and very knowledgeable of Chrysler cars and vans. She made sure our needs fit the van we chose. I was impressed with how quickly we were able to make the sale and take the van home. I was not disappointed in deciding to go to Port Charlotte Honda and buy a van.

Wayne Madison did a great job explaining the car functions and features which makes Honda a leading car manufacturer. Paul Hayes was very professional and the negotiations to make the deal happen went very smooth. Everyone in the dealership were very helpful.

I was more than satisfied with my experience. Over several days corresponding with David Hilliard and visiting in person, I finally decided to purchase a used Honda Accord. I considered leasing and all that information was provided and then I looked at purchasing a used car. I decided on the later eventually after the carfax and reviewing all the information on hand. I was treated quite well by all individuals I came in contact with and felt that I received a fair and reasonable deal. All in all, (David Hilliard) and his manager (Matt Carter) were attentive and provided me with everything I needed to make my best decision. The final process with the finance individual and the title and license person was equally satisfying. When the need arises, this dealership will be the place we start to look first and yes! Checked the internet for a late model Jeep Liberty. The best deal for a 2012 was at Port Charlotte Honda/Volkswagen. I called ahead and talked to Dave Hillard. David said he would be glad to get the Jeep washed up and it would be out in front of the used car office. So my Wife and I drove up from Cape Coral. David had us test drive the Jeep . We sat down and worked out what we thought was a fair deal. We traded in my wife's ten year old Suzuki All the people we came in contact at Port Charlotte Honda/Volkswagen were very congeal no pressure what so ever . And our sales person David Hillard even though some what new to the business of sealing was very good. One of the best car sales person I have dealt with in over fifty years of buying cars. In the future my wife and I will check Port Charlotte Honda/Volkswagen before buying or next car. And would recommend any one to the dealer ship. (Ask For David Hillard). Yours Truly. Yves is a great salesman and I recommend him to anyone. He found the perfect car for me and my 8th month old. He was caring, compassionate and remembered all of the features that I wanted in a car.
