I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle. Most sales men usually try to give me the run around because I am a woman, but John was very professional and made the whole car buying process a very easy experience. He was very patient with me because I wanted to drive a few vehicles, numerous times (I couldn?t decide what vehicle I wanted because they were all so well kept). We bought this car about a month ago, and could not be happier. the sales department was excellent, and beat the next best price by a mile. There was no "extra sticker" to kick up the price, and the sales manager was great to deal with. Looking forward to my one month service.

32 days from buying a 2011 used car from there it left my mom stranded in Miami an we had to have it towed back . we later took it back to them an they said it was my moms fault why it broke an she would have to pay for it her self,so we tried to see if they could just put her in something else equal or less value an they said they couldn't. so now shes not only stuck with a undependable car we found out that the loan they have her going thro is some type of 2nd lender which has an even higher apr then normal and now shes underwater with her car loan
