Exceptional Customer Service, and a very clean waiting area! The staff was genuine; moreover honest. They made me aware of what I needed, and did not try to sell me anything extra!

Ian did an excellent job listening to my concerns and addressed each of them. I had set up the appointment for an oil change but also because I knew there was a recall to which needed to be performed. Felt like everything was very professionally handled.
