Dealership kept word on price agreed on before we arrived. Was much appreciated because we live far away. Good car, good price.

After much thought and deliberation I decided to give my most honest review The sales people (Fernando and Christian) were very good and did a good job. we did have unusual glitches' in the finance process (ours was more complicated then normal but they did their best to make up for the glitches) After A couple of days we decided wanted a different license plate type they said they would get right on it. But we had to call them at least 3 time's to remind and check on progress of this and I was led to believe we would get the different plate BUT we still got the standard plate. LAST We have NOT had any significant contact with the service dept. Over all if you have a normal straight transaction they are 5 star

I don't like the sales tactics, this is why I have purchased by last 3 Mazdas at Gladstone Mazda. I only service it here because I live west of Hillsboro. They said my tires where yellow warning with my car having only 10k miles and that i needed new aie filters. They also make you agree to text messages then immediately text you about selling your car, and several unnecessary service updates as they go.

Worked with Cristian Hernandez to purchase my dream car. He was so helpful and so was everyone else I dealt with including their managers and finance. Got a super fair trade value for my Jeep. Everything was so easy and smooth. I am so happy with my experience, Cristian will be my go to person for car needs and I will definitely recommend him and this dealership to my friends.

Fantastic experience buying my 2025 Mazda CX‑90 at this dealership. Sam made the whole process smooth, honest, and actually enjoyable. Easily the best car‑buying experience I’ve had in years. Our Salesman Christian was Amazing. Super helpful, great personality. We did not feel pressured at all, just showed us what we asked for!. I would buy here again for sure.

What I like best about Royal motors is they do not work on a commission so there’s no pressure on the buyer or the seller everybody was very helpful professional and truthful. It’s been two weeks since I bought my vehicle and the employees at Royal motors still check and see that I’m OK and how i’m liking my vehicle if you want a good honest family owned company to buy your next car. This is where you need to go.
