Good afternoon!

Good afternoon! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was taken care of by Julie, who informed me they would do an inspection to make sure nothing else was needed. They did so as planned and I only needed a filter. She was also able to put in a coupon for me!

I have been going to Tasca Cranston for many years now.

I have been going to Tasca Cranston for many years now. From the sales staff to service I have always had a great experience. My last visit, Andrew, the service advisor was great. Always keeping me up to date on the status of my service. Explaining what was urgent that needed to be done. Mostly, they always treat you like family.

Jessica was fantastic.

Jessica was fantastic. She coordinated a ride to my work, called me to review the issues and had the keys waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Really appreciate the quality service with her and Mazda. Great job!

Julian was courteous and knowledgable about the Mazda 3

Julian was courteous and knowledgable about the Mazda 3 sedan and hatchback options we were considering. We had numerous questions about everything, from the controls inside the car, keys/fobs, trunk capacity, instrumentation controls/programming to transmission and mechanicals and to finance and service. He was patient and professional throughout, never pressuring, always facilitating, whether outside with the car and while test-driving or in the office.
