Great service, friendly staff & convenient hours. The place is always super clean and comfortable. Feels like a Cafe Lounge with snacks while you wait for your car.

I don’t usually do these but I was overwhelmed with the positive attitudes and professionalism that I got at Tasca Mazda Josh was great April was determined that I get approved and leave with my new cx-30 Second one from them Will go for the third down the road Highly recommend this establishment Not like the typical new caring buying experience at all

I spent a fair amount of time working with Tasca Mazda and ultimately decided to go in a different direction due to a lack of flexibility and competitiveness. Despite having excellent credit, there was no willingness to work on the interest rate, and pricing only moved about $500 after multiple discussions. Their trade-in offer ($18,500) was also far below what other dealerships offered and nowhere near my CarMax quote. Additionally, I found it unprofessional that other brands were being put down during the process rather than letting the Mazda product speak for itself. In the end, I chose to move forward with a Volkswagen Jetta Sport, and I’m very happy with that decision. I just wish my experience here had been more competitive and customer-focused.

Jessica Vigliatore at the Mazda service desk today helped me smoothly get through an unexpected issue with my Mazda 3 2024 hatchback. Car was brought in for routine oil filter and tire rotation. While doing the tire rotation and inspection I had a bubble on the sidewall of a tire and it had to be replaced. She helped me get through buying a new tire and getting my inspection. She was very helpful in all the service that I had to have done to my vehicle today. Great job thank you for your service.

I recently had a problem with my 2022 CX5 headlight fan with 27k miles on my SUV. The fan that cools the headlights continues to run after the car is shut off. I reached out to Tasca Corp and got a case #. I was told to get a diagnostic done to find out what the problem is. I was also told if the repair is extensive to call the Mazda Customer Experience Center for review for assistance with cost eligibility. I went to get a diagnostic at Tasca in Cranston RI. I worked with Julie Mahoney who was both professional and kind. Tasca helped reach out to Mazda Corp on my behalf. Even though they were unsuccessful in getting Mazda Corp to assist with the extremely expensive repair cost ($2,600) Julie was able to help me by waiving the diagnostic cost, not charging for the rental, and offered a discount on my oil change and tire rotation. Thank you Tasca Mazda for assisting, but still not happy with Mazda Corp for not helping with the repair cost of a known faulty part. Look up TSB SA013223. It’s a well documented issue on the 2022 CX5, yet Mazda Corp refused to assist because I was 2k miles over the warranty.

Joshua Cotto-Cruz was very knowledgeable with the CX-90, CX-70 and CX-50 features and capabilities. Very helpful in our car buying journey. He was honest and pleasant to deal with. The sales manager did a great job in helping us get to a price point we wanted. Unfortunately we couldn't secure the color option for the CX-50 and CX-90 we wanted. I will be back the next time we need a new vehicle.
