I'm almost 70 years old and not up on all of the new technology in cars but Ruben was patient and walked me through every step. He was hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable. I am responding to your reaching out to me for my feedback. I'm not happy with my service. The last thing I had repaired was a crankshaft seal replaced and with this repair the tech.damaged my axle shaft.I did not take it in for axle shaft repair.My car drove fine at 80 mph on the expressway when I took it to your shop.I talked to Joe about this in length. I guess he thought it was 50 percent my fault for owning this car, as he said he would go half on parts and labor. I think you should pay 100 percent of the cost of this repair. He would not do that. so I picked up my car with a trailer and took it to my house. I do not plan on bringing my car back in unless something happens to the motor which has warranty on it after your company blew up the engine when I took it in for timing chain replacement. I'm asking to be made whole on this repair. If this cannot be done, please accept the negative feedback on your website and I'm also going to contact VW of America about my experience. Robert Pufahl

steven horton.....just beyond sad your sales manager nd team wont own up to the service light for the oxygen sensor going off and fixing it when I just bought the dang truck 2014 chevy Silverado crew cab. day I got it the sensor(s) shot off. freaking pathetic they giving me the go around making me responsible due to there service people not doing something right first time. very unhappy and I am giving proof along with the worst rating I can on any social site for this company for there shady acts and xxxx poor communication efforts to fix the issues I been having. I'll never recommend anyone buy from you guys if anything I am determined to make sure so many know not to go through you guys due to your acts and selfish ways. I'd post picture of what tripped but will not let me. ended up having emission leak with vacuum leak and cylinder 3 misfiring . within a day of purchase. great service team and covering up faulty equipment

Recently bought a hard to locate Miata MX5 through them. I had to travel a good distance to get the car and they were transparent and very fair about the pricing so we had the deal completely agreed to before I arrived. My sales person picked me up at a local airport and we had the paperwork done very quickly and I was on my way. Excellent customer service and a particular shout out to Leo Moskowitz.

Went in to buy a new Subaru and was helped by Anthony. I never felt pressured and all my questions were answered fully. Anthony listened to what I was looking for and recommended different cars allowing me to test drive all of them. I ended up buying a new car that afternoon and would not have without the positive experience with both the dealership and the salesperson.

I had an oil change. Your staff also saw I needed a new battery, filter, and tires. I got the battery and filter yesterday. Working on the other two. I was very happy with the efficiency of the staff, especially Katie Bizzell. Five stars!!

I'm in my 4th Volkswagen and had bought this one at Thelen. So far each time I've come in for an oil change it's had to be through the "express service" that has taken over 45 min-1 hr each time. The air filter has never been changed, I've been told it's in good shape with almost 50K miles! Tires were not rotated "because they need to be replaced and I was given quotes on tires instead", and I was told my brakes are good and have "a lot of life left" though they have been squealing at times when I drive. It cost me $65 for just oil as they did not even top off fluids, change wipers or clean the windshield. This was not the type of service I received from dealerships or even express oil change shops in the Troy or Farmington Hill areas where I bought my other cars.

Two months ago, my wife and I bought a used van from the Bay City, MI Thelen lot for $3300. We were told that there was nothing at all wrong with it. Just over a week later, our EGR valve was giving a service engine code. They reset the computer instead of taking care of an emissions problem. They sold my wife and I a vehicle that didn't meet emissions standards and that's illegal. Unless they offer to replace this like they were legally required to before it was sold to us, I will replace the part myself and they can lose more customers.
