Philip was amazing in taking time to help me set up my

Philip was amazing in taking time to help me set up my digital key. He walked my through the process and when we needed additional assistance from the tech support he stayed until I got everything set up and working. Customer service was top notch on everything front.

Didn’t fix the problem, now I have to wait for the brakes

Didn’t fix the problem, now I have to wait for the brakes to fail for your team to fix the problem. There’s an active tsb for the car and I let you guys know it’s having the issues the tsb talks about but you guys said you couldn’t duplicate the noise we hear every so often.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing your visit, we confirmed that the applicable TSB is not covered at your vehicle’s mileage, and any related repair would be out of pocket. During your first visit with us, we completed a full inspection at no charge and provided a courtesy loaner while our master technician evaluated the concern. At the time of inspection, we were unable to duplicate or verify the condition described. We would never recommend or perform an out-of-pocket repair without first confirming the issue. We understand how frustrating intermittent concerns can be, and we’re happy to re-evaluate the vehicle if the condition becomes more consistent or worsens. Funny, I was told this was covered In total with the miles on the rx450HL by the manufacture warranty and the certified warranty and the TSB itself. You probably shouldn’t have responded to this because you’re flat out lying now to the public. I’ll be getting Lexus corporate involved now because of this response I received from you.

We recently purchased a Lexus RZ 350e from Philip at Temecula Valley Lexus, and I wanted to share the experience. We originally stopped by Toyota to look at the new bZ, but were told they were closed. No big deal timing happens. From there, we went over to Temecula Valley Lexus. Even though they were technically closed, one of the sales guys came out, greeted us, and was willing to help. That simple act of professionalism and hospitality made a big impression. We came back the next day and ended up purchasing the Lexus RZ 350e. It’s amazing how customer service and willingness to go the extra mile can make all the difference. Big thank you to Philip and the team at Temecula Valley Lexus for taking care of us.
