Service of vehicle--oil change and tire rotatation

My car was taken in immediately which is important to me since I amost can never schedule appts and rely on when I have time and being able to walk in. Car was done in pretty much under 30 minutes, approximately. They did try to upsell me on the 30,000 mile service package, which I found a little pricey and will likely price in other venues. I do prefer to use Mazda for my Mazda service needs most of the time.

Overselling and inconvenience

Regarding routine service: 1) they strongly recommend services that are not in Mazda's maintenance schedule as if they are necessary. 2) It's an uncomfortable place to wait for your car, they moved Mazda to an old crowded building and they take 45 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. I really wanted to use the dealer for all my scheduled service and don't mind spending a few extra bucks, but I guess I'm headed to one of the Instant Oil Change places from now on for routine service from now on. Funny thing is my last car was a Jaguar and my wife drives a Lexus and both those dealers made me happy when I came in for service. Nothing against my service adviser. He was very polite and efficient.

First New Car

Came to the dealership wanting to purchase my first brand new vehicle. I was apprehensive but they worked with me every step of the way. There was no pressure, they made the car buying process a breeze. I definitely recommend this dealership!

Very enjoyable experience

Nice people, willing to work with you

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership- which i can't say the same about the others i visited. My sales associate was Tom Tichenor and he was knowledgeable about the difference between models, features and pricing of what i was looking for. Its refreshing to meet someone who is looking out for you as they would their own family or friends. He offered options that would save me money, or how to customize what I wanted to be the price I needed. Additionally, this dealership have a large inventory - so you can get what you want an test drive it *now* instead of having to custom order and wait for months to get what you want. And at Mazda, you get what you want without a ridiculous price tag. I will go back to this location and recommend it to my family and friends.

Excellant customer service

1 bad apple spoils the whole bunch

My salesperson and negotiator were top notch. Friendly, smiled and very upbeat. The person in the finance department, Bobby, was polar opposite. Rude, unfriendly and arrogant. We were paying cash and I inquired about the warranty. When I insinuated that I wanted to read it he became even ruder. I am in customer service and the last person a customer has to deal with, is the lasting impression. I would suggest this dealer find someone else to replace Bobby. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted but hated giving my money to Bobby.
