My experiences with the sport Mitsubishi was an extraordinary one I was satisfied with their service and knowledge

Jasmine was amazing from the start; she treated us with respect and took the time to listen to our wants and needs. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question honestly, no matter how many times it was asked. We never felt rushed, and in the end, I would only want to buy from her and the manager, Vince (I think that's how you spell it). Vince was excellent at finding the right lien holder for us. Unlike the Mitsubishi dealership in Melbourne (Bonnie Hiers), he didn’t lie and checked our credit with multiple places. The only negative experience we had was during the final sit-down with Jon. He was hostile towards my daughter for not wanting additional features. When we addressed our concerns, he dismissed them, suggesting that she was overreacting or too emotional. This made us extremely uncomfortable, and if it hadn’t been for the great experience we had with Jasmine, we would have walked away. There was no reason for Jon to be aggressive with my daughter, who was the decision-maker.
