I had a terrible experience at the Sport Mitsubishi
I had a terrible experience at the Sport Mitsubishi Service department recently, and it’s the second time this year with such an experience. I went in last week to have my car professionally inspected for missing exterior parts that came off during a road trip. One of the technicians just glanced at the passenger side underneath the car and quickly said, “You’re missing these parts.” I asked if he would also check the driver’s side and suggested putting the car on a lift to be thorough, especially since I’ve had to drive back and forth to this location before due to incorrect diagnoses—like when they repaired my sway bar, but it was actually the strut that needed replacing under warranty. He assured me that the parts he mentioned were the only ones missing. When I returned to have the parts installed, it turned out that a part was also missing on the driver’s side, just as I suspected. To make matters worse, they tried to overcharge me for the missing part and labor, even though I found the part cheaper on their own website’s parts catalog.

Alex was very easy to work with.
Alex was very easy to work with. Explained and answered the questions we had. His knowledge of Subarus was very apparent, and helped us feel even more at ease with our purchase. Eli was also able to answer various finance questions that we had. Both Alex and Eli helped take care of some pre delivery items before we took the car home. Overall, this car buying experience was amazing. Thank you to all those at Sport Mitsubishi that had a part in making this huge decision so much easier.
