Natalia was a very good sales person, super kind and patient, the managers were great. The process did take a while but overall I was happy with the deal we got on our 2021 VW atlas.

False advertising. You can’t put a price on a vehicle and then you show up and they tell you you owe another $4200 for a ‘package’ that isn’t optional mon top of the taxes and dealer fees Horrible dealership to deal with The car was completely out of alignment which we couldn’t tell until we drove home on highway and it rained. The tires are ompletly bald (on a two yr old car with only 18k miles !!!!!) And it mess some kind of part for the steering

It was a pleasure to work with an entire team at Driver's Auto Mart. First, I worked with Carlos Jaramillo, and he was able to appraise my car and provide all the instructions expeditiously. And then, I worked with Noemi Pino, and she did an outstanding job with doing all the necessary paperwork. While we had to wait for the check for 2 weeks before it got issued, Noemi stayed in touch and kept me in the loop on what is going on. And I received my check within 2 weeks as she had promised me. This place was recommended by my son, and I will recommend it to everyone else. OUTSTANDING JOB.

online they give you a cheap price when you call to inquire it is entirely differenc advertised $17,800.00 wound up costing me 21,700.00 their fee is $1,200.00 the car had electrical problems. had vw jett S one day and has spent two2 weeks in vw menchanical shop. Drivers auto mart knew the had electrical problems never told us. now he says the light was on and we gave the car to Rick Case for repair. that is fraud!!!
