Josh and Ivan were great to work with! Gave us all the time we needed test driving, and just plain sitting in the Q8 and SQ8 vehicles.

My experience was with Chris Scharf, and couldn’t be more positive. He’s expert with the Audi vehicles and features. Chris is proficient and customer focused More generally, the dealership is clean and apparently well managed. Looking forward to expanding the relationship.

Sam was great getting me in for an appointment. Parts were not available for a water pump change till Thursday/Friday and was told when they got them in it would be the same day that it would be done. I texted on Friday to find out the status but no reply. Monday I get a text that the car was done on Friday and I could have picked it up then. Sam wasn’t at work on Friday so it wasn’t her fault but someone should have fallowed up to notify me. Monday after Sam returned my text I go down to pick it up and when I check the engine compartment, it’s still covered with old coolant that collected a bunch of dust/dirt. When I dropped it off specifically told them the engine bay needed to be cleaned and they assured me it would be done. They ended up taking the car back in and cleaned what they were suppose to in the first place. I paid a lot of money for my Audi and I’m sure you all did too and expect to have quality work done and have a clean car when picking it up. To make a long story short not happy with their attention to details. I ended up stopping at o’Reilly’s auto and picked up some engine degreaser and cleaned it like it should have been cleaned.

Great place to buy a car and great service! You deal with straightforward salespeople, fixed prices and no games. The service department does a great job of turning your car around quickly with the job done. Altogether a great experience!

I needed a new DEF pump. It took 10 months to get here. Audi Boise communicated with me in that time. It took less than a day to install. All good.
