Performance Toyota - PA

Three months ago I wrote a glowing review due solely to Brian Hoover who sold me the car. I was unaware at the time that the radio did not work; why would I ? A brand new car? I took the car to have radio fixed on 10\28 I was left to sit for 4 hours without knowing if the work was done or not. After waiting I sought info. Radio still broke/ they would order one. I asked to have my car and leave and I was handed a bill. They wanted me to pay for something broken in a brand new car. Unbelievable! I drove home and am still shocked by the treatment I received. Now I have a brand new car with a radio that does not work. Where do I go to get this fixed? Apparently the dealership is not liable and I am stuck with an expense that should not be mine to handle.
