Last week we were “car browsing” and ended up purchasing a much needed new vehicle because it just seemed like the right solution for us given our history with BMWs and our very good experience at IG Burton. Michael is a highly professional sales rep who was courteous, patient, and very respectable to us , without any high-pressure sales tactics. He has extensive knowledge of the vehicles he sells and demonstrated that in our introductory exploration of our initial interests in specific models, during our test drives with 2 drivers, and especially during our actual tutorials on “our” X3, even offering future additional tutoring sessions if needed. He’s actually a very good teacher and provided explicit instruction on the driving and technical aspects of the car. Buying a car is always a big decision for us but Michael helped make it an easier process by his courtesy and customer-first attitude!

Ig Burton in Milford ,Don’t go to this dealership, they’re terrible. Bad customer service and horrible service if you need service. They’ll tell you that you need things done on your car when you really don’t need it. I had just replaced my tires with brand new tires, they told me I need tires for over $900. They broke my oil cap the last time I had an oil change. They charged me $70 for a cap this oil change even though they broke it

I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Ducky Sheetz goes above and beyond for his clients. He's patient, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend seeing Ducky if you're looking to purchase a BMW. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!

Just brought my BMW in for service. My service advisor Angie was very nice to deal with. They were ready to greet me when I arrived. This was first time to them being that this car was originally from the state of NY. I would recommend this dealership for service.

Michael Kelly is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to find us the vehicle we wanted. We will definitely refer him again.

I've typically had an okay experience with i.g. Burton since purchasing my 2021 X5 a little over a year ago. Unfortunately they sold me services though that they can't meet. I purchased the tire package, rental car, etc. but they have never provided the concierge service that was part of my deal. I always have to drive 30 minutes to the dealership to drop my car off. I called this morning because I have a flat and am currently with no car. Not only can I not get my kids to camp/school, but I"m supposed to travel to DC for work tomorrow and Wednesday and I have no way to get there. I've left two message, have tried to reach service 3 times this morning and the customer rep was very rude. I'm still sitting at home with no car, not sure if I can even make my work trip, and kids at home because I have no way to get them where they need to go. If you do buy from them, make sure that they can meet the service demands that they guarantee. I'm considering trading my in my car because I'm pretty disappointed and the service is not reliable.

Look no further than! I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I walked in unsure about which model I wanted. David Sheetz was very knowledgeable and thorough. He made it easy to pick the right model and I got a fair price on my trade in. I will be a repeat customer. I highly recommend this dealership.

The people and service was professional. Anyone I spoke with was very kind and friendly.
