We took our Ram and had the engine replaced. Now we have a very minor issue, the switch isn't working for 1 window. We made our appointment and arrived the correct day and time just to be told they lost our appointment and theg are booked. Our window doesn't go up, we need it fixed. Now we have to wait until next week. Very unprofessional. Especially when it is something as simple as a switch replacement. We are very disappointed in the way things were handled.
