Had to wait 3 hours to sign my lease paperwork. The the paperwork was wrong I had to go back the next day. It took 2 weeks to get get my license plates. No or slow call backs. I was very unhappy. The only person that did his job was Melvin the sales person.

Lied about having people available to detail/wax my car. After I drop off they call 3 hrs later to tell car is done and they just washed. This is the second time this happened and I gave to back later.

Everything went well. The dashboard light recall on our Compass was repaired in a timely manner
