Anthony was absolutely horrible … an over aggressive salesperson with terrible people skills especially when dealing with a senior citizen. It was a good thing he was only there on Wednesday or I would have never returned. Jocelyn was rock star. She had the keen sense to walk me out to my car and simply say “If you ever want a black car, you know where to find us.” That prompted my phone call back to her. I’ve hired hundreds of people throughout the years and her excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are extremely rare. Also, let me point out that Joe, the tech guy, is very friendly and very helpful. Your finance guy is very efficient. The auto tag process also went smoothly. My overall experience turned out well, despite the one negative. Thank you!

Steve explained what needed to be done and had the work finish by noon as promised. I received a call from Atlantic Jeep the same day requesting I make arrangements to pay $4.30 they undercharged me on sales tax.
