Kallen was super helpful and attentive! The entire staff was willing to bend over backwards to make this deal. They even drove to Sheridan to pick up my trade-in, which I had left there while on a mini-vacation because of the check-engine light and it needing to be diagnosed before I drove it. This is the 3rd consecutive new car that I've purchased from Fremont Cody. Highly recommend!

After dealing with several local super high pressure, typical used car salesmen, we stared looking at Carvana to avoid the condescending, belittling treatment of dealerships. We used Cargurus and found a Ford Escape at Fremont Motors in Cody, Wyoming. The car was the same year as one we had looked at locally, wth fewer miles, more options, and $3,000 less. We contacted the dealer and arranged everything over the phone and through emails. All of our questions were answered quickly and smoothly and almost more importantly, very friendly! The next time we are in the market for another car, this is the first place we will look!

Drove from Worland to Cody for free tire rotation and oil change. had two recalls. Service was great. Brett gave us a loaner to run around Cody with. Had truck washed and completed prior to time scheduled.
