We were traveling through the area and I needed an oil change on my F250 truck. Passed up the franchise, quick service operations and went to Fremont Motors, a FORD dealership. Good decision as I was not only quickly serviced on my appointment but my truck received a courtesy wash as well. More importantly, I received some "inside" referrals on where to fish for the "lunkers." Seriously, it was a pleasant experience with excellent technical service and friendly customer relations. I highly recommend this Ford dealership and I'm from Michigan if that helps qualify my review!

I had traveled from Tucson, AZ to see the Total Solar Eclipse on Monday, Aug 21st, and on the way back my Power Steering pump/system failed and as I drove into Lander, WY, I notice the Fremont Dodge/Jeep Dealership and drove in and explained my situation. Although Kevin Slinkard, the Service Department representative explained that he was backed up more than a week they worked me in and although I had to spend two+ days in a hotel they were able to complete the job in 2+ days and get me back on the road. Kevin was extremely accommodating, encouraging, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I am always impressed by the service at Fremont Motors in Lander. I have been doing business there since the early 1970's and have purchased the majority of my cars there as well as partaken of their service. The owners and employees of the organization are top notch.
