Hector is amazing.

Hector is amazing. Mechanic didn't do his job correctly. Said he checked fluid on inspection but he didn't. He actually went by mileage, and didn't know vehicle had a yr. Old engine. Very disappointed with that. I waited for my car and it took almost 3 hours for an oil change only. Supposed to have inspection but all boxes were checked dirty fluid without even checking fluid which were actually all good. Hector will be a great asset to Hanlees Davis and I will return because of him.

The customer service was not good.

The customer service was not good. The communication by the service person was poor. They could not be contacted. I left voicemails and messages delivered by the receptionist and they were never returned. I had to resort to physically going to the dealership two times to find out the status of my vehicle. Finally, the last time they did a good job of getting my vehicle repaired. But only after I when down to the dealership. Service person claimed they were buried with too many customers to be able to communicate with me. Not a good look for your business.

Great sales.

Great sales. But had trouble with the car and needs new engine. Good thing i bought added insurance. Service person was not to personable and made us wait for rental car. My husband spoke to Sales rep and we had rental car next day. Still waiting for our car to be fixed. Estimated time to be fixed is 7 days.

After walking out of a horrible high pressure experience

After walking out of a horrible high pressure experience at a competitor, I came to Hanlees and experienced the exact opposite! Could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend them to anybody!

There was no time wasted - I was in and out in rapid

Was told had a warranty came back with same issue the

Was told had a warranty came back with same issue the warranty was only for a year, so they charged me $225 for a while diagnostic anyways which is so expensive!!!! took to a mechanic he said the previous person to work on my turbo charger had placed wrong hoses into connectors, missing 7 bolts that holds down the turbo charger, missing clips I mean KIA wanted $5200 this guy did it for $900!!! And fixed all the messed up stuff Kia did so there’s that, won’t be coming back
