Worst experience you could imagine buying a new car! Bought new jeep grand Cherokee May 22. Salesman Wade Hoesing was unable to set the jeep up to the cell phone functions. Was told to go home and figure it out for ourselves. After several trips back the problem was diagnosed as bad computer module. This was around June 1. Climate control would not work, radio in and out, basically everything the computer ran was faulty. Was not offered another vehicle to drive until Aug 15th after many calls and complaints to Iversons. They gave us a 2018 explorer with the engine light on and tires that wouldn't hold air. We are now on our 4th loaner non of which have been what we bought. 200 days later we still don't have a vehicle yet. Iversons and Chrysler feel it's not there problem.

Poor service
Our Wrangler needed warranty work for air bags. iversons put us off for months. Finally we got it in and they had ordered the wrong parts. When we went to pick it up that had parked it a block away in a mud hole and we had to wade through to get in. We took it to Watertown Ford and Chrysler where they did the work professionally with their awesome service department.
